About This Role
- Manage end-to-end retail banking transaction processing, including ledger postings and financial reconciliations for accurate reporting.
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows to reduce manual interventions, improve turnaround times, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare operational reports, track critical transaction issues, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years professional experience in banking operations, financial services processing, or related corporate operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.) and familiarity with core banking platforms.
- Willingness to work India Core Night Shift supporting US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with retail banking products and account lifecycle operations including ledger accounting and discrepancy investigations.
- Analytical skills demonstrated through root-cause analysis and operational control implementations in transaction processing.
- Knowledge or exposure to AI governance, process automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, Python, VBA), or digital transformation projects.
