About This Role
- Own end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and manage candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
- Maintain ATS and internal reports, ensuring compliance with US employment types and visa classifications.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in US IT recruitment focusing on internal hiring.
- Work arrangement: Work From Office in Bengaluru with shift timings from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.
- Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Experienced recruiter with a solid understanding of the US IT staffing industry and technical roles.
- Skilled at managing recruitment aligned with US time zone needs and compliance with immigration laws.
- Demonstrates proficiency in ATS usage and sourcing from multiple job portals targeted at US IT hiring.
