About This Role
- Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding for internal hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate pipelines for future needs.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with US employment types and visa classifications relevant to IT staffing.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years experience in US IT recruitment focused on internal hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Work from office in Hyderabad with shift timing from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.
- Strong knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC) and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating within US IT staffing industry with knowledge of US hiring trends and immigration laws.
- Demonstrates ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle under deadline-driven, US time zone alignment.
- Skilled in using ATS and multiple job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
