About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide inventory strategy focusing on storage planning, warehouse utilization, material flow, inventory investment, and governance.
- Optimize warehousing capacity and internal/external material movement to minimize working capital while maximizing service levels.
- Drive inventory transformation leveraging ERP/WMS systems and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in inventory leadership roles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10–15+ years in inventory leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of developing and executing strategic inventory and warehouse optimization plans within a large enterprise environment.
- Proficient in ERP and WMS implementations focused on inventory transformation and control.
- Strong collaborative approach working cross-functionally with multiple departments such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
