About This Role
- Validate and reconcile healthcare reports and dashboards for accuracy before distribution to stakeholders.
- Investigate data discrepancies across multiple healthcare and financial systems, tracing issues to root causes and ensuring resolution.
- Develop and implement repeatable validation procedures, exception reports, and documentation supporting audit readiness and data quality improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting QA, or data validation roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formulas).
- Strong SQL skills for querying, aggregating, and validating data.
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare reporting preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing complex data validation and discrepancy investigations within healthcare or financial reporting environments.
- Proficient in translating complex business rules into data validation scenarios and collaborating cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
- Familiar with healthcare systems like EHR/practice management platforms and understands compliance requirements such as HIPAA.
