About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve Java-based software applications.
- Support applications through troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams and contribute to improving development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in a similar development role.
- Extensive Java experience with at least 2 years using Spring Framework including Spring Boot.
- Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, SQL databases, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and build tools.
- Experience working in an agile environment; frontend experience preferably with Angular; use of Docker in development workflow.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-performance teams including onshore and offshore coordination.
- Skilled in peer code reviews and committed to delivering quality software.
- Experienced in both backend Java development and frontend technologies, with a strong focus on improving development standards and practices.
