About This Role
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure backend applications primarily using Java and Spring Boot.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features/modules from design through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Leverage AWS cloud services and AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and deployment workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional software development experience.
- Strong backend skills with Java and Spring Boot; experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Intermediate knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-native backend development working collaboratively in Agile and SAFe environments.
- Comfortable applying AI-assisted development tools including prompt engineering and validating AI outputs.
- Capable of managing distributed teamwork across multiple time zones and aligning technical work with user needs and business impact.
