About This Role
- Oversee and optimize HR processes related to employee lifecycle events, third-party workforce management, global mobility, and immigration ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement standardized and scalable HR operational frameworks that enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
- Assist in leading and developing the HR Operations team, fostering process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging data insights to drive operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12-15 years of total experience with at least 8+ years in relevant HR roles and 3+ years in mid-level HR operations.
- Experience with Workday and HR Service Now is required.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes across employee lifecycle, third-party workforce management, global mobility, and immigration with strong understanding of employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
