About This Role
- Support and monitor mainframe production and development environments ensuring end-to-end service delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain event and outage logs, and coordinate vendor communications to strengthen operational stability.
- Assist with hardware/software patching and product updates following policies and procedures to reduce operational risk.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of applied experience in technology support with hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of IT services.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or a three-year technical degree is mandatory.
- Experience operating mainframe systems and batch operations in a production support context.
- Proficiency with Netcool, Control-M, CA7, Zeke, and mainframe console tools, and foundational knowledge of IBM z-Series environments.

- Experienced in mainframe operations within large-scale technology environments with operational focus in production support.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes and ability to follow change controls and runbooks effectively.
- Capable of analyzing recurring problems and proposing operational improvements to reduce risks and improve platform reliability.
