About This Role
- Lead embedded software project development for automotive EV products like DCDC Converters and Transmission Control Units, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Manage a global matrixed program team of control and software developers, aligning schedules and dependencies to create a master software plan.
- Own project proposal and timing estimations for new projects or RFQ activities in embedded software development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA or project management certification is a plus.
- 10-12 years of software industry experience including 5-7 years in embedded software project management.
- Experience or exposure to embedded software development within the automotive industry preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standard and software development lifecycle processes.

- Experienced in managing embedded software projects in automotive EV domain within a global matrixed environment.
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination and navigating project ambiguity to align diverse stakeholder schedules and goals.
- Comfortable working with industry standards such as ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and tools for requirements and change management.
