About This Role
- Lead complex product development programs from mandate through to market launch, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, cost, time, and benefits.
- Drive governance and compliance by preparing evidence for gate approvals and documenting GO/NO GO decisions using the Decision Point Model.
- Engage and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Quality to secure project planning, resource allocation, and dependency management.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business from a recognized institution.
- 8-10+ years of experience leading complex product/program development in a multinational matrix organization.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with hands-on governance experience.
- Experience working in Lean-Agile environments with both hardware and software deliveries.

- Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Lean-Agile methodologies and able to drive continuous improvement and efficient ways of working.
