About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operational performance of multiple non-metro locations including Service Centres, BDOs, partner locations, ensuring service quality, workforce productivity and operational discipline.
- Translate branch priorities into local execution; oversee shipment pickup, processing, dispatch and delivery metrics ensuring adherence to service SLAs and customer experience standards.
- Accountable for cost control, infrastructure readiness, partner and workforce management, compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned cluster.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA/PG desirable.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience managing multi-location operations in express logistics, courier, eCommerce logistics, 3PL or distribution.
- Experience overseeing multiple Service Centres/BDOs/non-metro locations; familiarity with first mile/last mile operations, outsourced workforce and partner/franchise models.
- Location: Non-metro cluster operations; Travel requirement up to 75%.

- Experienced leader skilled in multi-location operational management with strong ability to drive service delivery and cost efficiency in distributed, non-metro logistics environments.
- Deep domain knowledge of shipment flow, network connectivity, workforce planning, partner management, and operational compliance in express logistics or related industries.
- Analytical and disciplined operator capable of using data-driven approaches to enhance productivity, standardize practices and lead continuous improvement across diverse teams and locations.
