About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and LLM-based projects including conversational AI, chatbots, and voicebots.
- Serve as primary client contact managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes throughout project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into delivery plans coordinating with product, engineering, and AI teams while leveraging LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years overall work experience with at least 1+ year specifically in AI project delivery.
- Hands-on experience delivering LLM-based AI solutions (chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI).
- Proficiency in LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notebook LLM actively used in live projects.
- Role requires working from Bangalore office 5 days a week; startup experience in AI/SaaS environments preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced startup environments, especially AI or SaaS companies, comfortable managing multiple AI projects.
- Skilled in AI project execution including scope management, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and client-facing communication.
- Familiar with traditional project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), with exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments and possibly team leadership or presales support.
