About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational performance and throughput management of a Surface Hub including inbound, processing, sorting, staging, and outbound dispatch.
- Manage manpower deployment, dock and yard operations, vehicle loading/unloading, and ensure adherence to network cut-offs and shipment quality/safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with regional network and fleet managers for vehicle placement, dispatch readiness, load consolidation, and operational recovery during disruptions.

- Experience: 8-11 years in express logistics, surface transportation, hub/sort-centre operations, or related high-throughput distribution operations.
- Strong hands-on experience managing hub operations including inbound/outbound processing, sorting, and linehaul connectivity.
