About This Role
- Drive the planning and execution of cross-functional engineering programs from initiation to delivery.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Maintain project momentum by removing blockers, facilitating meetings, preparing status updates, and improving program processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years experience in technical program management, project management, engineering operations, or related field (equivalent practical experience also considered).
- Experience coordinating projects involving engineering or technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; familiarity with project management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating across engineering, product, and partner teams to manage well-defined technical programs.
- Comfortable working with software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, or platform teams, and agile or iterative software-development practices.
- Capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and proactively managing project risks and dependencies.
