About This Role
- Lead execution of setup, rollout, and validation of client outputs in One Platform, focusing on eClipse/NRSP integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Ensure data correctness and client specification compliance by performing output checks, root cause analysis, and corrections for issues identified.
- Manage day-to-day BAU operations including platform monitoring, issue resolution, and active participation in platform governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in operations or execution roles within data-driven or platform-based environments.
- Working knowledge of eClipse/NRSP configuration, monitoring, and BAU processes.
- Basic understanding of T&D DWH confirmed layer and data flows.
- Experience supporting system rollouts and BAU operations; exposure to multi-country/global models preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong execution mindset with high attention to detail and operational discipline under delivery deadlines.
- Comfortable working hands-on close to operational realities and managing cross-functional, cross-regional collaboration.
- Experience in platform stabilization and operational environments with a focus on execution and delivery commitments.
