About This Role
- Own end-to-end functional solution design, configuration, and implementation of Beeline Vendor Management System to support NVIDIA’s contingent workforce program.
- Lead or contribute to small to medium-sized projects delivering new VMS capabilities and process improvements, ensuring compliance with India’s labor and statutory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day system support within SLAs, including testing, training, documentation, and collaboration with global teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or MS degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8+ years experience focusing on VMS or contingent workforce management system solutions.
- Hands-on implementation experience specifically with Beeline Vendor Management System is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of India’s labor, statutory compliance, finance, and tax rules related to contingent workforce management translated into VMS processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading VMS implementations, preferably with Beeline and familiarity with other platforms like SAP Fieldglass or Workday VNDLY.
- Strong ability to translate complex business and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions and configurations.
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners, managing stakeholders, and communicating technical solutions to diverse audiences.
