About This Role
- Manage strategy, financial performance, and headcount across Fixed Income Operations COO / Business Management streams globally to meet budgetary and operational risk targets.
- Lead governance, organizational design, and execution of target operating models while mentoring team members and coordinating cross-department initiatives including Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, IT, and Audit.
- Drive cost-saving projects, headcount forecasting, talent development initiatives, and oversee business continuity, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum graduate degree in commerce or business management.
- 5 to 10 years of Investment Banking operations experience with at least 4 years in COO role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of financials and financial courses required.
- Experience with Investment Banking COO functions and capacity to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced COO professional within Investment Banking operations with strong control awareness and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex financial and headcount governance, strategy execution, and process improvement projects across global teams.
- Familiarity with AI tool utilization to optimize workflows and solve business problems responsibly is preferred.
