About This Role
- Serve as the technical bridge between product architecture, instructional design, and field readiness to accelerate field team autonomy.
- Build and maintain high-fidelity lab environments replicating complex customer deployments and edge cases to validate root causes and develop workarounds.
- Create and maintain scalable technical enablement assets and deliver targeted enablement sessions to improve field team proficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system/network engineering, cloud architecture, or technical operations with hands-on sandbox/lab environment experience.
- Strong foundation in enterprise networking and security concepts including packet flow, policy processing, hybrid connectivity, and IdP/SCIM.
- Experience designing technical enablement assets such as labs, guides, rubrics, and troubleshooting runbooks.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to prioritize and translate cross-functional enablement requests into impactful, scalable learning deliverables.
- Proficient in replicating and troubleshooting complex network/security topologies and collaborating with SMEs to validate solutions.
- Experienced in producing authoritative technical content that supports AI-assisted content generation and quality assurance.
