About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance organizational performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and statistical modeling on large complex datasets.

Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with large datasets and addressing data preprocessing challenges, indicating strong data engineering collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with model monitoring, maintenance, and best practices in data science workflows, including version control and reproducibility.
