About This Role
- Lead the Field Enablement team managing Veeva Vault CRM and related field capabilities globally, owning the technology experience for field sales teams.
- Define and execute the Field Enablement roadmap, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions, driving adoption, and stabilizing releases across markets.
- Implement product-oriented delivery practices, including AI-powered engineering solutions, UI/UX leadership, and operational excellence in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery with 8+ years hands-on experience in Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM implementation, and 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM platform and core life-sciences field capabilities; experience delivering AI/GenAI-enabled features in business applications.
- Experience in regulated, validated environments using Agile SDLC, CI/CD, and global, matrixed delivery leadership.
