About This Role
- Manage and maintain both Client and JLL’s Project Management Information Systems as single source of truth for all project data across Asia Pacific region.
- Own monthly reporting and financial calendars, ensuring timely, accurate preparation and submission of all account deliverables.
- Lead onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, governance, and transparency in multi-country capital project programme delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, project management, information systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in project coordination, data management, or administrative support within project delivery, construction, or professional services.
- Proficiency with project management information systems; experience with JLL’s Ingenious system highly desirable.
- Role requires 100% onsite presence at Client’s offices in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working regionally across multiple countries in Asia Pacific with understanding of cultural nuances and remote collaboration challenges.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for preparing professional reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to handle data governance, compliance, financial reporting, and training teams on project management systems in a high-impact, multi-stakeholder environment.
