About This Role
- Own end-to-end product management execution for the labeling ERP product line, translating roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlog items in partnership with in-market product leadership.
- Coordinate and enable the product-owner process across labeling and corrugated ERP product lines for the India-based team, including facilitating agile ceremonies and acting as a quality gate on product development lifecycle artifacts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, UX, architecture, in-market leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure product delivery aligns with roadmap direction and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in software environment with experience leading or coordinating product owners.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including facilitation of agile ceremonies and Program Increment planning.
- Experience with ERP systems and managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining product requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate product owners and facilitate Agile ceremonies at scale (including PI planning).
- Domain knowledge in ERP systems, manufacturing operations, or related enterprise software geared towards production and supply chain workflows.
- Experience working in distributed/offshore teams in partnership with in-market product leadership and driving shared standards and communities of practice.
