About This Role
- Lead strategy and execution for provider data systems ensuring continuous NCQA compliance.
- Own end-to-end data provisioning including sourcing, matching, quality, and audit traceability of provider data.
- Drive platform improvements to make provider data pipelines trustworthy, scalable, configurable, and shift from manual-review to AI-native, self-serve operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years work experience with at least 3 years in technical product management focused on data or backend products.
- Technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, retries, orchestration, and third-party data integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data acquisition or ingestion, or entity resolution/MDM/identity matching.
- Strong SQL skills and data literacy; comfortable querying and analyzing data independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex data products with accountability for data quality and end-to-end lifecycle.
- Ability to convert manual operational workflows into scalable product capabilities with clear prioritization.
- Proficient user of AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) integrated into product management and data querying workflows.
