About This Role
- Own and drive the roadmap and strategy for the Integration Framework that supports all external connections and partner marketplace growth for UKG Ready, including audit, encryption, data import/export, and webhook capabilities.
- Lead Solutions Exchange as a product-led growth surface, enabling self-service partner onboarding, integration discovery, and activation with focus on developer experience and ecosystem monetization.
- Develop and implement AI-powered integration workflows, standards, developer portal experiences, and communicate platform strategy to leadership and partners internationally.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years owning integration platforms, API products, partner ecosystems, or developer tools at enterprise SaaS scale; OR
- 4+ years engineering experience in platform, API design, integration, or distributed systems plus 3+ years product management in growth startup or enterprise SaaS; OR
- Technical founder or early engineer turned PM with substantial integration or API product expertise.
- AI native working style required: daily active use of AI agents for PM workflows is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expertise in integration architecture including webhooks, event-driven systems, API versioning, OAuth, and data transformation with proven credibility among engineers and architects.
- Strong commercial instincts for partner ecosystem growth, API monetization, and marketplace operations with experience in self-service onboarding and developer SDKs.
- Experienced in cross-functional leadership without direct authority, able to align globally distributed engineering, product, and partner teams around strategic integration initiatives.
