About This Role
- Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives in SCM, IT, Procurement, and Digitalization within ZEISS Vision Care business unit in close alignment with corporate and Board member directives.
- Support strategy development and execute governance for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring risk management, alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Act as the central liaison between Board member and senior leadership, managing executive communications, operational follow-up, and organizational development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree with excellent grades in engineering, business, or (business) informatics from a leading university.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with proven track record in Supply Chain or IT and Digitalization, preferably in management or IT consultancy.
- Fluency in English; readiness for regular business travel to Germany; basic knowledge of German is appreciated.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus demonstrated ability to handle complex multi-stakeholder projects with lateral leadership.
