About This Role
- Manage and maintain Huron’s IT and Security policies, ISMS documentation, and GRC risk logs to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Coordinate internal, external, and client audits including evidence collection, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Support business continuity planning, client security requests, vendor risk assessments, and contribute to process improvements and automation in GRC workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Security, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in governance, risk, and compliance, IT audit, information security, or related compliance roles.
- Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX, and NIST.
- Willingness to work US business hours as needed due to coordination with US-based security team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing GRC-related documentation, audit facilitation, and compliance evidence coordination in a complex corporate environment.
- Comfortable engaging with auditors, clients, and cross-departmental teams including Legal and IT for compliance and risk management activities.
- Familiar with use or administration of GRC platforms and tools supporting risk management, audit, and security compliance workflows.
