About This Role
- Review and approve marketing and client communication materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Provide risk-based compliance guidance to Marketing and business partners across multiple regions, particularly within EMEA regulatory standards.
- Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to mitigate compliance risk and promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-10 years of experience in Marketing Material Review, Advertising Review, or related compliance services function.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for marketing communications in financial services, including EMEA standards.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant compliance or marketing review roles.

- Experienced in compliance oversight for marketing communications within financial services and familiar with EMEA regulatory environment.
- Capable of providing practical, risk-based compliance advice and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to assess reputational and regulatory risk in marketing materials.
