About This Role
- Develop and maintain intermediate to complex software modules using Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Own all phases of application development from requirement gathering through release and ongoing support, delivering tactical solutions quickly.
- Participate in design and code reviews, create and execute test plans, resolve moderate defects, and provide technical assistance for complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4 or more years of relevant software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java 8 is mandatory; familiarity with Java 17 is preferred.
- Location requirement: Pune office, hybrid work model.

- Experienced in complex software design and able to work with high-level architecture under limited supervision.
- Skilled at collaborating with business partners to identify needs and develop technology solutions improving operational efficiency.
