About This Role
- Define and own the multi-year technical strategy and architecture roadmap for the Agentic AI platform across all product lines.
- Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale Agentic AI systems, including agent registry, policy engine, HITL orchestration, and multi-agent orchestration platforms.
- Mentor and lead senior technical staff, set engineering standards and governance, and represent AI Platform leadership across executive and cross-functional forums.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of software engineering experience including senior or principal technical leadership.
- Proven track record setting technical strategy and architecture across multiple teams or product lines.
- Led 5+ enterprise-scale AI or Generative AI programs from strategy through production at scale.
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, distributed system design, and cloud-native architecture on GCP, AWS, or Azure including Kubernetes and event-driven systems (Kafka).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in agentic AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, LLM evaluation, and AI governance at scale.
- Experienced in influencing and aligning technical decisions with multiple stakeholders including Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Business leadership.
- Skilled at balancing high-level architectural vision with hands-on coding on critical complex problems and mentoring senior engineers in regulated, multi-team environments.
