About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI applications integrating LLMs, generative AI, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Develop scalable, secure software systems including APIs, microservices, and cloud-native apps supporting AI workloads, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models and systems; implement monitoring and continuous improvement processes; provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; 2+ years specifically in AI, machine learning, or generative AI application development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#; experience with cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI); skilled in implementing RAG, vector databases, and microservice architectures.

- Experienced in integrating advanced AI technologies including prompt engineering and agentic AI frameworks into production applications.
- Proficient in designing maintainable, scalable, and secure AI-enabled software architectures with strong emphasis on CI/CD and observability.
