About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, validation, and production deployment of AI-enabled healthcare solutions, embedding with delivery teams to ensure real-world adoption and impact.
- Architect and build full-stack AI applications integrating frontend, backend, cloud services, data pipelines, and enterprise systems with MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Serve as a technical bridge between AI innovation and stakeholder needs, driving solution scalability, delivery velocity, and engineering governance across AI Labs programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 14 to 18 years of experience in software engineering, AI/Data Science engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development (React/Angular, JS/TS, Python/Java/.NET/Node.js), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), enterprise integration, and DevSecOps.
- Experience leading AI solution lifecycle from discovery through production; strong engagement with business stakeholders to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems.

- Senior-level technical leader with proven ability to operate in complex healthcare or regulated tech environments delivering scalable AI solutions.
- Experienced in embedding with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous clinical/business challenges into actionable AI applications.
- Skilled at balancing rapid prototyping with production-grade software engineering, MLOps, security, and governance requirements.
