About This Role
- Own design, implementation, testing, release, and production support of major enterprise data storage software features and systems.
- Solve complex engineering problems with practical, data-informed approaches balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to system architecture and apply distributed systems principles; improve CI/CD pipelines and testing; mentor and collaborate with engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–14 years of software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise software.
- Proficiency in at least one of C++, Python, or Go and strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must work from Bangalore office as primarily an in-office role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning software features end-to-end including design, deployment, and production support in complex distributed systems environments.
- Skilled at balancing architectural trade-offs and improving system reliability and maintainability.
- Comfortable working in an enterprise software context with modern CI/CD and automated testing practices.
