About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable distributed backend systems and web applications.
- Lead architectural design, incremental evolution, and performance optimization of large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate features into technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++).
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-threading/concurrent programming and system design including OOD and design patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building highly scalable business applications processing massive data volumes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead medium-sized projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Skilled in both relational and NoSQL databases and practices engineering best practices like TDD on Linux.
