About This Role
- Lead assessment and migration planning of Okta environments to Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on authentication, provisioning, lifecycle, administrative access, and reporting dependencies.
- Maintain migration governance by tracking Okta dependencies, supporting rollback planning, and facilitating knowledge transfer through documentation during coexistence and migration phases.
- Validate application and policy inventories and participate in readiness reviews, planned cutovers, and hypercare support for assigned workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience including hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure engineering and identity management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Okta administration and architecture, including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Azure Identity and Access Management with strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, claims, and group assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in identity environment migration and dependency analysis, particularly between Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiar with large-scale cloud transformation programs and IT service or change management frameworks.
- Certified in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Identity solutions, or Okta, with additional certifications in IT service management, security, or project management considered advantageous.
