About This Role
- Own the entire product design lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with founders, product leaders, and tech teams to define product vision and objectives.
- Develop and iterate AI-native product designs, establishing scalable design systems and influencing product strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on product design experience, including building 0-to-1 products or MVPs in startups or product-led companies.
- Expertise in Figma and advanced user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping, iterative design workflows, and AI-native UX design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field; UX/Interaction Design certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end product design with exposure to AI-native user experiences.
- Skilled at translating customer insights from interviews into actionable design solutions and measurable product value.
