About This Role
- Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices for large-scale technology solutions.
- Design, develop, review, and optimize enterprise-scale applications incorporating .NET, React, cloud, and AI technologies, while leading teams and mentoring peers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#, including enterprise-scale application design and development.
- Experience with React, cloud technologies, relational databases (SQL), and AI/GenAI technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, complex technology projects and influencing companywide engineering standards.
- Proficient in integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into software solutions and developing scalable, secure enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, software engineering design patterns, and possibly capital markets domain knowledge and Python development.
