About This Role
- Manage and develop specialized customer service and operations teams within a complex, risk-sensitive Operations area.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support risk management within the functional area.
- Lead resource allocation, budget management, team mentoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Operations experience (including work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Must be able to manage risk and compliance related operational functions.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Operations.

- Able to independently handle moderately complex operational issues and projects with a focus on process improvement and risk control.
