About This Role
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a diverse team of development, QA, and support engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Drive multiple large software initiatives across multiple scrum teams, managing project plans, resources, and budgets.
- Lead design, security, scalability, and technical excellence of financial technology solutions using modern DevOps and secure coding practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and/or Microsoft .NET technologies.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, managing multiple concurrent scrum teams, and delivering accurate project estimates.
- Deep mastery of modern DevOps and QA practices for improving delivery and system availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, global, cross-functional software teams within mission-critical financial technology environments.
- Strong operational focus on Agile delivery, resource and budget management across multiple scrum teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with stakeholder collaboration and product roadmap planning.
