About This Role
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python for forecasting space utilization and optimizing portfolio performance in commercial real estate.
- Collaborate with workplace strategy, client services, and business development teams to ensure predictive models align with client objectives and strategic real estate goals.
- Design, deploy, and manage models on Azure cloud platform with scalability, monitoring, and performance tuning; communicate insights and recommendations through advanced visualizations and narratives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2+ years of data science experience focused on commercial real estate, workplace analytics, or human experience measurement.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), ML Ops, and familiarity with big data tools such as Spark and Databricks.
- Must be able to work on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating machine learning models with real estate and workplace strategy domains for actionable business outcomes.
- Skilled in deploying and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Strong ability to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and clients.
