About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and validation of complex, high-impact customer-facing billing statements and communications across Residential and SMB segments.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive improvements in controls, automation, risk mitigation, and compliance for billing communications.
- Lead resolution of critical issues, define validation strategies, and provide functional leadership and guidance to analysts in a high-volume, independent operational environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in billing statements, customer communications, or business systems/analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience may be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and practical SQL skills required for complex data analysis and validation.
- Experience with billing platforms (Biller data tables, bill codes, discount codes, BriteBill) strongly preferred.
