About This Role
- Manage enterprise access provisioning for billing, customer care, and operational platforms ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant system access.
- Analyze complex access requests and approval requirements, handle exceptions, and lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and automation.
- Develop operational reporting, monitor service-level performance, and act as liaison among business, security, technology, and audit teams to align access standards and resolve issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in access management, provisioning, or comparable operational functions.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.
- Experience with billing and customer-management platforms, identity and access management, and use of Excel for data analysis is critical.
