About This Role
- Process and manage various global payment transactions including SWIFT (MT103, MT202), FED payments, internal transfers, and FX transactions ensuring end-to-end accuracy.
- Review and validate Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs), process vendor and custody bank invoices, and monitor payment workflows to support fund subscriptions and redemptions.
- Provide payment support across multiple global offices, prioritize transaction timelines, handle client/internal queries, and escalate operational risks and exceptions promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Payments, banking, treasury operations, or transfer agency functions experience.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED Payments, FX transactions, cash settlement processes, and international banking codes (ABA, Sort Code, BSB, BIC, IBAN, RTGS, NEFT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Commerce or related discipline; prior experience in Transfer Agency operations and payment investigations.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple priorities and independently manage complex payment transactions.
- Experience or knowledge in Hedge Funds and Private Equity operations is a plus, indicating a fit for financial services fund administration context.
