About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly global management reports for assigned entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Support reporting automation, dashboard development, ERP updates, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests to aid business and leadership decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Hybrid work location based in India with regular on-site collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks, audit support, and intercompany accounting or supply chain finance is advantageous.
- Exposure to finance transformation projects and hands-on experience with reporting/analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
