About This Role
- Lead and support business execution activities across multiple business groups, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Drive efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and effective pipeline management across assigned operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and functional leaders to develop and execute project plans, policies, and procedures supporting payment and operational initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience.
- 3–4 years of payments processing experience, including knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, RTP, or GPPSP and MX message formats (Pacs, Pain, Camt, Admi) and MT N1/N2/N9 series.
- 3–4 years of business analysis experience gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Proven ability to lead and manage complex cross-functional business execution initiatives in payments and operational domains.
- Strong experience working with Agile teams and product delivery processes including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business, operations, product, and technology in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
