About This Role
- Lead and facilitate multiple Scrum teams, managing all Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Coach Agile teams and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile methods while driving Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
- Manage impediments, risk, dependencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report on Agile metrics and maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of Scrum Master experience, including at least 2 years in senior or lead role.
- Expertise in Scrum Framework (roles, events, artifacts) and hands-on experience with BDD.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Digital.ai Agility, or Azure DevOps Boards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and Agile certification (CSM, CSP, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS and managing Agile Release Trains via Program Boards.
- Strong in Agile estimation, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Jfrog, SonarQube), risk and dependency management in distributed Agile environments.
- Capable of collaborating with QA, UX, Operations teams and mentoring less experienced Scrum practitioners.
