About This Role
- Lead delivery of moderately complex technical initiatives and projects within software engineering domain.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and related technologies.
- Resolve technical challenges, lead teams, and act as escalation point ensuring client needs and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through education, training, or military experience.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core and WebAPI technologies required.
- Proficient with React including advanced UI patterns and TypeScript for robust front-end development.
- Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing modern UI architecture with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture exposure.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions using component libraries and design systems.
- Skilled at collaborating with peers and business partners, providing technical guidance, and working within risk and compliance frameworks in a regulated environment.
