About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable, secure Agentic AI applications and orchestration frameworks using Python and AWS cloud.
- Build backend services, APIs, and reusable AI agent frameworks integrating LLM platforms and agent orchestration technologies.
- Ensure software engineering best practices, operational excellence, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years total software engineering experience, with 6+ years in Python application development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud (including Bedrock, ECS, EKS, Lambda), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain).
- Experience building AI/ML-powered applications, knowledge of REST APIs, databases (Snowflake mandatory or PostgreSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS at scale.
- Proficient in large language model integration, AI workflow orchestration, cloud-native architectures, and software architecture design.
- Able to independently own complex technical solutions while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior staff.
