About This Role
- Own and architect a single authoritative master data repository ensuring zero duplicates and 100% accuracy across all systems (O9, S4/HANA, CPS) in India supply chain.
- Lead end-to-end master data governance across Plan–Make–Source–Deliver functions to prevent data leakages, enforce data validation and real-time quality monitoring in 17 sites.
- Drive data flow simplification, automated MIS dashboards, enterprise data governance forums, and lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP and planning platform implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in master data management and data governance with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain planning platforms such as O9, SAP APO, IBP, preferably SAP S4/HANA.
- Deep expertise in data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM) and golden record/MDM strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of end-to-end master data ownership within FMCG/CPG supply chain environments, comfortable operating across multiple functions and geographies.
- Practitioner with a strong track record driving enterprise-wide ERP/digital transformation programs, particularly with SAP S4/HANA and supply chain planning tools.
- Strategic thinker with proven skills in establishing governance models, data stewardship networks, automated data quality monitoring, and analytics using Google Cloud Platform solutions.
