About This Role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate market data to inform leasing strategies and client recommendations.
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for real estate projects including ROI analysis and feasibility studies.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing insights for stakeholders; collaborate with transactions, legal, and finance teams to ensure analytical accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or related analytical role, ideally in commercial real estate.
- Strong proficiency in Excel including financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with commercial real estate market analysis, lease structures, and leasing terminology.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior advisors, transactions, legal, and finance teams in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented and commercially curious with capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver precise, actionable insights.
